MouseSeek.com is a tool that provides users with notifications about potential room availability at certain vacation destinations. The Service also offers the ability to submit a booking request to our affiliated travel agent. We do not guarantee the availability of any rooms or that a booking will be successful. The information provided is for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, such as creating alerts or subscribing, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

We offer both one-time purchases for alerts and recurring subscriptions for enhanced search features. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

  • One-Time Purchases: Fees for one-time alerts are due at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, which is accessible from your account dashboard.
  • Refund Policy: All purchases for both one-time alerts and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code or underlying structure of our systems.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Overload our servers or disrupt the Service.

  • No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee that you will find a room or that a room reported as available will still be available when you attempt to book it. Availability can change in seconds.
