1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, MouseSeek.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MouseSeek.com is a tool that provides users with notifications about potential room availability at certain vacation destinations. The Service also offers the ability to submit a booking request to our affiliated travel agent. We do not guarantee the availability of any rooms or that a booking will be successful. The information provided is for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, such as creating alerts or requesting a booking, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees, Booking Payments, and Cancellations

Searching and creating alerts on the Service is free. We do not charge subscription or alert fees.

  • Booking Payments: When you set up an automatic booking, submit a booking request, or pay toward a trip, you provide a credit/debit card (collected and stored by our PCI-certified payment vault provider, EmailMeForm) or a Disney Gift Card. These payment details are used only to pay for the reservation you requested, at the same price as booking directly with Disney.
  • Automatic Booking: By setting up an alert with automatic booking, you authorize us to book a room matching your alert's criteria as soon as one becomes available, using the payment method you provided, without asking you to confirm again.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Reservations are subject to the cancellation, modification, and refund policies of Walt Disney World and any other applicable supplier.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code or underlying structure of our systems.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Overload our servers or disrupt the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

  • No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee that you will find a room or that a room reported as available will still be available when you attempt to book it. Availability can change in seconds.
  • No Affiliation Disclaimer: MouseSeek.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MouseSeek.com or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
