Delete your MouseSeek account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the MouseSeek app or on the website:

1. Sign in at mouseseek.com/account (in the app: menu → Account).
2. Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Can’t sign in? Contact us from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it; we’ll do so within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile (name, email address, password or social login).
• Your phone number and text-message settings.
• Your availability alerts — active alerts are cancelled immediately — and any auto-book requests, including the payment details stored for them.
• Your notification settings on every device, and the link between your account and your search history.

What is kept

• Trips we have already booked for you, their payments and related emails — needed to manage the reservation with Disney and for our accounting and tax records.
• Referral credits already earned by or for others.
